Have I mentioned how in LOVE I am with the new CD cases, I designed these from scratch and am so excited to be sending out the first ones of 2012!
Baby Emma
WOW, week 2 of the critique brought some great advice and one of the most beautiful little red heads I have ever had the pleasure of photographing. It was great catching up with her Mom too, it is always so fun for me to watch families grow, and we got to know Mom when she helped teach our own little angel.
The S Family
Oh, how do you describe a family that is so amazing they make you laugh so much your sides hurt and that you fall in love with at each turn in the road, I don't know that you can, but Cam, Bill, Joseph and Alyssa sure do fit the bill. What a blessing it is to now have them as part of my photography family.
Baby Jayden
I am so happy to introduce Baby Jayden, he is the first hospital visit baby for 2012 and what a way to start it off. He was so well behaved and just such a treat. Cortnie and Jason did such a wonderful job and sure made one handsome baby boy.
Baby Gunner
Baby Gunner was the first little one to join me for my four week critique with Laura Brett. I have been working with newborns for years now, but wanted to really enhance my skills, so I signed up for a critique with the amazing Laura Brett. Each week I submit images and she looks over them and lets me know how to improve on them. Baby Gunner was such a little trooper, and I'm sure he gets it from his Daddy who is in the Navy. Gunner even brought his Grandma with him, and it was so wonderful getting to know them all, not to mention getting some baby love from little Gunner.
Waiting on Baby Abigail
Everett, Camaray and Luke will always have a special place in my heart, and now I am so happy to welcome baby Abigail to their family! Little Luke was one of my first baby plan babies, I loved watching him grow that whole first year and now that he is going to be a big brother, I know he will show her the ropes. Now we just have to patiently wait for Miss Abigail to make her appearance.
A New Year, A New Look
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season, I know I did! I haven't been posting much the last few months while I worked on a new look for the blog, well, I have that ready and am back up and running full speed ahead. Some of the new changes I LOVE and some of them are out of necessity. I LOVE the new branding with the polaroids and wood, I don't love the watermarking so much. If you have worked with me, you know that I shoot the images that I love and I feel like sticking a watermark on them takes away from the image that I intended, with that said, this is a business and I have to protect my work as best I can, so out of necessity, the watermarks. You can go to facebook and see the images in preview without the watermark, but with pinterest sharing, downloading, etc, all of the images posted here will be watermarked in a way to make it very difficult to repost the image without giving credit where credit is due. I love all of my clients and feel like they become part of my family with each and every time they step in front of my lens, but there are others out there, who may admire an image and want to share it also, and I just want to make sure that anyone who loves my work can find me if they want. Okay, so enough of the heavy, time for the fun, be on the lookout for new posts, specials, and ideas for this coming year! And always remember you can find me on facebook and pinterest!
